Room rental is based on a two night minimum. Waterfall Suite rental is based on a four night minimum.
If the guest(s) cancel more than 30 days prior to the reservation, 100% refund – $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund if guests cancel within 30 days of reservation arrival date.
