Payment

Our preferred method of payment is Interact e-Transfer. This method is sent from your bank account to our email address. We then accept the transfer into our business account. 50% of the payment, before tax is due upon booking, if more than 30 days before reservation arrival date. The remainder owing (including all taxes), is due 30 days prior to your reservation arrival date. If booking within 30 days, 100% of payment is due upon booking.

Cancellation policy

If the guest(s) cancel more than 30 days prior to the reservation, 100% refund – $25 cancellation fee. If the guest(s) cancels less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, there is no refund unless the room can be rented to someone else, then a full refund less the $25 cancellation fee. Room rental is based on a two night minimum (four night minimum in the Waterfall Suite).

Families with Children

We love little people, but need to ensure other guests have quiet and privacy. A discussion with the hosts is required prior to booking.

Pets

We love furry creatures, however there are too many people with allergies; unfortunately we cannot accept any pets.
